A free yoga program taught by Dushyant Shah, this class is designed for students with the basic concepts of yoga fundamentals. This class focuses on cultivating a deeper understanding of yoga poses, as well as developing mental and physical stamina to strengthen the mind-body connection.

Gentle-Power Yoga instructor Gwenivere Lovewell specializes in using yoga to heal injuries, alleviate joint pain and chronic stiffness, and joint recovery.

Tara Kilgallen is a Reiki Master with certifications in Prenatal Yoga and Aerial Yoga. Tara teaches group and private mat and aerial classes throughout Metrowest Boston, and her classes reflect her passion for yoga, movement, and playfulness within the practice.
