Swim Lessons
Whether you are three or 93, swimming is a great way to exercise. It has the potential to give you an intense cardio workout, keep your muscles toned, or help you on your way to recovery after surgery or an injury.
No matter what your goals, Wightman's Aquatics staff can help you achieve your fullest potential. Our swim lessons range from water adjustment to triathlon training, and everything in between. Choose from a variety of classes and class sizes: Private, semi-private, and group swim lessons, water aerobics, water weight training, snorkeling, and diving lessons are all available. Also, clinics are offered for both children and adults and are designed to meet the needs of a wide range of skills and abilities.
